CIM operates on a subscription basis. Fees are billed according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

CIM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
